Welcome to Glenwood Program

"Welcome to Glenwood!"  This is what we’ve  said many times since we started this program in

the fall of 2013, as we “WELCOME” new residents, employees, and businesses to the Glenwood Lakes Area.

The Welcome Glenwood program is our opportunity to extend a warm, friendly welcome to new residents and also to residents that still feel new to the area. We are happy to meet with anyone

who has moved to this area in the past five years, at the Chamber & Welcome Center, your place of employment, your home, or another location that makes you feel comfortable.

Our mission is to help those who are new to the area feel welcome, be a resource and help the

best we can to transition you into the Glenwood Lakes Area. We provide a packet of information

and a gift bag for you to take home.

We are always looking for volunteers (teen to senior citizens) who are willing to put on one of

our red Welcome Glenwood shirts and help to spread good cheer, while continuing the mission of making the Glenwood Area a “Great Place to Call Home!”
