The Glenwood Welcome Center is looking forward to celebrating our community at the 2026 Glenwood Community Awards Luncheon on Thursday, May 21, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Minnewaska House.

As an organization focused on tourism, marketing, and promoting Glenwood, the Welcome Center also plays a key role in supporting local events, activities, and welcoming new residents. During the luncheon, we’ll recognize both our current Board of Directors for the Welcome Center and Chamber of Commerce, along with those who completed their service as of January 1, 2026. Welcome Center Director Kay Blauert will also share an update on recent efforts and what’s ahead.

We’ll also be honoring outstanding individuals in our community, including this year’s Volunteer of the Year, “Friend of the Welcome Center,” and two students receiving the “Youth of the Year” award.
